New Build Dwellings

We have a successful track record of gaining permission for new dwellings in rural and urban areas. Whether they are traditional in design, or ultra contemporary, we have the skillset to design your dream home.

Replacement Dwellings

Gaining permission for new build dwellings can sometimes be a challenge. The easiest way to gain planning permission for a new dwelling is to ‘knock down and rebuild’. A number of the new build dwellings in our portfolio have been constructed in this way.

Barn Conversions

Redundant agricultural barns can make excellent conversion projects. Old stone or brick barns can create the perfect traditional home, whereas modern steel frame barns can be transformed into contemporary homes with large open plan spaces.
